2.1 Fresh Flower Arrangements

Our fresh flower arrangements are crafted with the utmost care using seasonal and high-quality blooms. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and seasonal availability, the exact composition of arrangements may vary from images displayed online. Petal Haven reserves the right to substitute flowers with suitable alternatives of equal or greater value and quality.

2.2 Event Floral Decor & Workshops

Specific terms for event floral decor and workshops, including booking, cancellation, and payment policies, will be provided in a separate agreement or on the workshop registration page. A non-refundable deposit may be required for event bookings.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices for products and services are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to prevailing taxes where applicable. Petal Haven accepts various payment methods as indicated on our website. Full payment is required at the time of order placement for most retail products. For bespoke services or events, a payment schedule will be agreed upon in consultation with the client.

4. Delivery

We offer same-day flower delivery within Singapore for orders placed before a specified cut-off time, which will be clearly communicated on our website. Delivery charges may apply. While we strive to meet all delivery requests, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Petal Haven is not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations for standard flower arrangements must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours may incur a charge. For bespoke event services, cancellation policies are specified in your individual contract. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or exchanges on fresh flowers are generally not offered unless the product is proven to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. Any concerns must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and graphics of this website are the property of Petal Haven and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content found on this website without express written permission from Petal Haven.

7. Limitation of Liability
